So I have a confession to make, one which I fear will make whoever reads this, embarrassed on my behalf.
I'm done being 100% vegan. I've gone back to being a cheese and egg eating vegetarian.
But Let me assure you that the recipes and pictures of food that I crank out on this blog will be either:
A) Vegetarian/Vegan(this will always be true of anything on this blog, for obvious reasons)
and
B) Only cooked with lots of Love and made with Organic ingredients(I cannot always ensure the purity of restaurant food).
So with that off my chest, heres a picture of some beautifully organically produced French Toast that I tried with all honesty to savor, but that quickly disappeared. If your ever in Victoria BC on a Saturday morning, be sure to stop by Bubby Rose's bakery where the bread is baked fresh every day.
